This site is run by Kishan Bhatt in Gujarat, India. It is a business website, and it is built to collect as little about you as possible. This page explains what it does and does not collect.
What I do not do
- I do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
- I do not sell or share your details with advertisers.
What the site does record
- Anonymous visit statistics. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, which pages are read, and roughly where visitors come from, such as the country and which site referred them. It is designed not to use cookies or to follow you from site to site.
- Hosting logs. Vercel, which hosts the site, handles your IP address and browser details when your device asks for a page. This is how any website works, and it is used for delivery and security.
- One small setting on your device. The WhatsApp button remembers if you closed its small pop-up, using your browser's local storage. It contains no personal information and you can clear it in your browser at any time.
When you contact me
- Through the order-mistakes calculator. The numbers you type stay in your browser. Only if you press the button to get the breakdown are your name, phone number and those figures emailed to me, in the same way as the contact form.
- Through the contact form. When you press the button, the name, company, phone number, topic and message you typed are emailed to me, and a WhatsApp message with the same details opens on your device. The email is sent through Resend, an email delivery service. I use the details only to reply to you.
- By WhatsApp or email. I receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, number, business and message. I use them only to reply to you and to discuss work with you. WhatsApp and your email provider have their own privacy terms.
- Through the booking link. The Book a call button opens a Google Calendar booking page. Google collects what you enter there under its own privacy policy, and I see the name, email and time you book.
Other sites
The site links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Calendar and Lukeron Lubricants. Once you leave this site, their own privacy rules apply.
How long I keep your details
I keep enquiry messages and booking details for as long as the conversation or work is active, and for a reasonable time afterwards so I can answer follow-up questions or keep business records. If you want them deleted sooner, ask me.
Your choices
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to iamkishanbhatt@gmail.com and I will reply as soon as I can.
Changes
If the site starts collecting something new, such as saving form entries or adding a different analytics tool, I will update this page first and change the date at the top.
