Talk to enough casting and engineering units and the same pain points come up repeatedly:

Not a full ERP migration on day one — that's expensive and disruptive for a unit that's budget-conscious for good reason. Start narrower: a single-workflow tool that tracks one real pain point (batch traceability, or costing across production stages, or order and quotation handling) and prove it works before expanding. That's the same approach behind every system I've built — start scoped, prove it in production, then grow it.
